2010 MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION / RENEWAL FORM
Memberships in
the ISS are from January 1 to December 31 and must be renewed annually. The fee
is tax-deductible in the U.S. For all
but "Affiliate Members," paid membership brings an automatic
subscription to the annual journal SHAW

To renew your membership or become a member or give a membership, please
complete the form below and mail it with your check (cheque)
or money order (preferably in U.S. dollars) made out to “International Shaw
Society” and addressed to: ISS, P. O. Box 728, Odessa, FL 33556-0728.
If paying with currency other than U.S.
dollars, PayPal is preferred. Add $2.00 to cover PayPal charges and send to dietrich@shawsociety.org. If paying in a foreign currency, however, first
please email dietrich@cas.usf.edu or
call 813-503-0584 to make sure that U.S. banks will cash a check (cheque) in a
specific currency. No cash, please.
